Merwin Spillway Gate, Hoist, and Platform Replacement

The Merwin Spillway on the Lewis River needed structural repairs to continue operating safely. We were the prime contractor for repairs, replacements, and refurbishment of various components. We developed the project plan and successfully managed schedule, budget, scope coordination, site safety and security, safety and regulatory compliance, and closeout documentation and final FERC reporting.
