Hells Canyon Coupling Replacement

Working in this non-permitted confined space required full-time fall protection for torquing of dresser coupling studs for the 28-ft diameter penstock up to 40 feet in the air.

We completed four units at Oxbow Dam and two units at Hells Canyon Dam.
