Yale & Swift Dams Spillway Gate Rehabilitation

We performed mechanical refurbishment, replacement, and repairs to trunnion arms, components, and mounting fixtures associated with the spillway gates at Yale and Swift dams.

Our work also included specialty coatings on site via complex scaffolding access and containment and repairs to spillway gate rips and skin plates. Access was challenging due to the remote location and seasonal weather creating wet, cold, and slippery conditions. Our precision in-place repair work ensured gate functionality was restored as quickly as possible.
