Tieton Hydro Project Units 1 & 2 Turbine Runner Replacement

This project included inspections and recommendations, reverse engineering of turbine components, TGB, shaft, and coupling machining, new head cover studs, new coupling studs, bottom ring, head cover, operating ring refurbishment, servomotor refurbishment, new thrust collar and block, new wicket gate bushings, generator cleaning, winding repair, rotor and pole inspections and testing, recoating, and new runner installation.

We finished the project on schedule, and the units were uprated upon project completion.
