JR Merit began as, and still is, a full-service industrial contractor providing integrated industrial construction services to the Northwestern United States. Based in Vancouver, Washington, JR Merit has since expanded its communities served to include many states in the Western US. Currently, we are licensed to do business in the following states and can acquire additional state licensing as needed:
